Campaign Hat-trick for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices

The latest Add Donation prompt achieved the biggest per week total of the last three campaigns!

The ‘Help paint a smile’ retail donation campaign was rolled out in EACH’s 54 stores across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk for four weeks 1st - 28th December 2025

When paying at the till, customers had the option to donate an extra 25p, and the target was to raise £25 at every shop during each week of December or £5,400 - enough to pay for a session of art therapy at a hospice every week for six months.

The Campaign surpassed that target by 30%, raising £7,000 in just four weeks.

The ‘Help paint a smile’ campaign followed two other successful retail donation initiatives – Help Hydrotherapy Happen, which raised £11,400 in 8 weeks, and Let’s Drum Up Funds, which brought in £8,500 in 6 weeks.

“The Paint a Smile campaign makes a hat-trick of successful campaigns using a prompt on the till and the customer facing display.  For this third campaign Eproductive added a custom amount button in addition to the 25p suggestion.  This boosted the average donation amount to over £5 per person, one customer choosing to add £46 to their purchase!
